see all reviewsCharlotte’s slow flow class is exactly what I needed. It was very accessible for folks that are new to yoga or getting back into yoga. But there were plenty of modifications to make it more or less challenging. I left feeling strong and relaxed. I signed up for more classes on the spot!

see all reviewsThis class was a little different from other vinyasa classes I’ve attended, but I know the instructor and as each teacher every one has their own approach. see all reviewsI was a bit confused when I showed up for class because the yoga space is in the same building as a karate studio, so all I saw when I first walked in was karate students. The yoga room is in the back of the building and not immediately obvious when you walk in so it would be helpful to have a sign or something directing you where to go.
