About this studio

Mint Yoga Studio was developed with a very simple idea – to create a warm and inviting space where you can explore and discover your own practice. Our goal is to provide you with an experience that will energize the body, refresh the mind and inspire the spirit – in a unique and beautiful space. There is no view of yoga that predominates at Mint Yoga Studio. They offer a wide variety of yoga styles and include instructors from a diversity of teaching backgrounds to provide you the opportunity to study and experiment with different teachings and methods and find what works for you and your practice.

How to prepare

All you really need to practice at Mint Yoga Studio is yourself. They have mats and various props (blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps) for your use, free of charge. They do recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and breathe freely, as well as a hand towel (for warm classes), and a water bottle. Their studio offers a space to change your clothes, as well as two bathrooms.

How to get there

They are conveniently located in the heart of Ft. Thomas, KY in the Hiland Building - 18 North Ft. Thomas Ave, suite #301 (upstairs from Colonel De Spices). There is Off Street Parking in front of the building and there is a Parking lot around back off of Miller Lane. From street level - enter through the main entrance, walk up one flight of stairs, they are the first door on the right. From the parking lot - enter through back door, take the elevator to 3, they are the last door on the left.

What is ClassPass?
