    I just love this studio so far! I've been twice and it's such a welcoming environment, allowing space to rest or do whatever you need throughout the class. Definitely recommend bringing your own yoga mat and large towel because you'll be SWEATING! Don't forget water too! Excited to go back.

    Class was fun and challenging enough to get a good workout but not overwhelming. Everyone in the class was very friendly and welcoming. People talk to each other during the class and encourage each other which made it feel like a positive and safe environment specially for my first class.     This is a beautiful space in Newport! Stephanie is so knowledgeable and kind, and I really enjoyed my class! I will definitely be back to try the reformers and take the Somatic Movements class again. A great mix of challenging and relaxing. Just make sure to allot time for parking!

    1989 Taylor's Version Mat Pilates

    Sarah and her class attendees were so welcoming! The class is in a small room so to have such a strong kind presence makes newbies feel right at home. The class itself was a huge challenge, I am feeling it the day after! Sarah’s daughter sat quietly at a desk during class and afterwards handed each person hand-written awards. It was so sweet and a really makes you feel good after a tough workout! I highly recommend Pilates with Sarah.
