This class was very relaxing and I really enjoyed all the stretches and poses, especially when the instructor would come around and help push us deeper into the stretch. It does say this class is 85 degrees, but to me it did not feel warm at all.

Deb is incredibly knowledgeable and motivated me in every step of the way and made me feel comfortable. She provided clear guidance and helped me maintain correct form. The one-on-one experience was fantastic, and I am extremely thankful for stumbling upon this class. The session is structured with 30 minutes of strength training using top-notch equipment and emphasizing proper form, followed by 30 minutes of Pilates. Jules, my trainer, provided valuable guidance on form and offered excellent tips. The main objective here is to offer a variety of class options while prioritizing small groups to ensure individual attention from the trainer. Location is a little tricky, it's on the west end corner of building. Overall I didn't want the class to end! I would have liked it if we had more or extra time for Pilates.
