Tes is the best! class is always amazing, provides a good burn, and I never dread coming to this workout in my Saturdays

If it’s your first class here I recommend starting easy so you can get used to the vibrating platform, it definitely took some getting used to!! Will absolutely be back!!

see all reviewsNice clean studio, energetic and helpful teacher. I like how the music isn’t blasted so loud that you can’t hear instructor like some places. Class was challenging but still doable for a beginner. As a complete beginner (to working out in general) i wasn’t quite able to do everything i had to take breaks but tried my best and instructor also gave options for modifications if it was too hard. If you’re new to barre it’s basically a lot of pulsing movements on the lower body/legs/thighs and strengthening core, alignment and flexibility. You sometimes use ballerina poses on the bar and do pulsing movements in legs which is super hard and you feel the intense burn. It incorporates pilates and yoga moves so it’s definitely a hard workout, but in a good way! I definitely recommend to check it out!

see all reviewsA very unique class with a lot of focus on breath, breaking down the movements and really feeling your body. It was an intentional flow moving through different areas - core/midsection, upper body and lower body, some parts were seated on the stool and some on the mat. It’s good for beginners (as this was my first time) to this style of workout and I’d say good for all ages/work out levels too. I’ll definitely go back again, especially if my body is feeling rigid!
