see all reviewsThis was my first REP class, and I had such a blast. I would advise letting your instructor know if it’s your first time, because once the class starts, there is no brief intro or rundown and everyone is go-go-go! There are two groups: the treadmill and the floor exercise groups, and both groups switch off every 5 minutes. The instructor did a brief demonstration of the exercises for the floor group, and she also talked through the speed and incline options for the treadmill group. I especially loved the sprints on the treadmill. There were some floor exercises that I had never done before, but thankfully there were some seasoned ladies in the class that I could watch because the demonstrations happen once at each start of a new floor set (which is when everyone is switching and the room is a bit chaotic). I think the class would have been perfect if there was more attention to individual form checks and modifications, but I understand that there’s very little time between groups because it’s such a fast paced class. Overall, great class and friendly instructor!

The devil’s escalator. • Dropping something on the floor? 😬 Real talk:: this class is a killer combo of strength conditioning and reformer all wrapped into one session. Both coaches are super detail-oriented and know exactly how to cue and correct so you get the most out of every exercise. Final Verdict: 10/10 would recommend if you want a focused, intentional workout that actually targets glute gains. Just don’t plan on walking normally for 48–72 business hours. 💃🏽🫶🏽💁🏽♀️
