Loved my visit Balance Gym! The staff checked me in quickly and without hassle, and the gym had a nice mix of cardio and weight machines. They also have an indoor pool and a whirlpool. I was therThe locker room had all kinds of toiletries, hairdryers (and a sign saying flat irons and curling irons were available at the front desk), nice walk-in showers, towels, lockers with pin pad locks, etc. Note that the gym is inside the Fairmont Hotelyou enter the gym through their lobby, and you enter the Fairmont from their main entrance on 24th (not M) Street. Make a right once you walk in and take the staircase on your left.

So good! Full body workout on the Megaformer machine which is more padded and comfortable than the [solidcore] version by far. Kathryn was particularly great at helping me through lass when I didn’t understand a movement and it’s specific mechanics. Great class!! Only small cubbies for your things in the studio though, so be warned.
