I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . It’s always challenging in a good way with instruction and pushes from the trainers! Highly recommend! All team members are very inviting as well. It’s typically not for beginners, but the instructor took her time to check in and offer modifications. I love how it feels like your not working out but then feel the burn for the next few days.
