She is educated on TRX moves and led me through a challenging but doable workout. She was quick to modify certain moves that hurt me and I appreciate that so much. I encourage anyone wanting to learn TRX to take this class because the class size is small and they can really watch your form so you don’t injure yourself. I will be back!

Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!
