loved this class. hope was fantastic! just a heads up this class was after a hot class, the room is not cool the entire time. takes a bit for the air conditioning to kick in.

Since I have some experience beginner experience with yoga, I wouldn’t call this a beginner friendly class—albeit it is a gentle/easy yoga. I guess I expect beginner yoga to have more explanation of what you’re doing. This is an excellent class for gentle yoga and I left refreshed.

Class was cold. Fans were on. The flow was really slow

The class was too crowded. Not enough space between each person. I was new to the studio and sort of new to yoga. The class itself was good for beginners. I just think the instructor walked around more than guided and exampled for the class. Over all if you are new to yoga I recommend this class, but maybe google basic poses ahead of time to know what you are suppose to do.

We had a sub. Unfortunately I don’t recall her name, but she was great. Informative, class was well sequenced and paced.
