see all reviewsChallenging but manageable hot yoga class. Isa was very encouraging to take breaks when you need to and simply challenge yourself to stay in the room. There were quite a few times when I couldnt hear her because she spoke softly and the volume was high but I would still take her class again.

see all reviewsWonderful!! Such a thoughtful and creative flow. It was a semi-private lesson with only two of us. It felt more like a slow-motion power class than a traditional hatha - which was perfect for me! Though, those looking for something super chill may want to consider a different class. The teacher was super sweet too!
