How to prepare
If it is your first time at S2S, please arrive 10 min before your scheduled class. Dress for freedom of movement and appropriate coverage, for all classes. Footware: Athletic shoes are required for S2S Hardcore Classes. All Pilates, Reformer, Rebound, Barre, and Unwind classes require either bare feet or socks with grippers. S2S The Works Class requires BOTH athletic shoes and socks with grippers. Feel free to bring your own water bottles to class. We offer refillable bottles for sale, bottled water for sale and gripper socks for purchase.

S2S Functional Performance is located at 4040 Bryce Lane, Flower Mound, TX. It is best to type in the business name rather than the address on Google Maps, Apple Maps. We are located close to the Shops of Highland Village. Please give us a call if you have any trouble! 940-241-1215
