    This was my first class and wasn’t sure what to expect. Jamie was very informative explaining the proper technique, how to activate your abs, etc. Nothing was too hard but I’m sure I’ll be sore tomorrow. I will be back.

    I recently took the Fit and Strong class at this gym and had a great experience. I didn’t realize beforehand that it was a HIIT class, so I just wanted to note that for anyone interested. That said, the trainers, Kristin and Brian, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was just me and the trainers one-on-one, with only a couple of other people in the gym doing their own thing, so it really felt like a personal training session. They were super helpful when I needed to modify exercises, and I never felt out of place. The gym itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. I’m definitely planning to come back to try their one-hour strength training session!

    Mat/Barre Pilates

    The instructor was very good. She did a great job explaining why and how to different poises. She challenges us to try to do more, but gave you options as well. The facility was nice, your typical recreation center. The staff was friendly and flexible to let me complete the paperwork after the class.
