Stephanie was lovely and had great options for injuries/fitness level. So appreciative of the showers at this SPENGA as my home SPENGA doesn’t have them. Front desk staff was friendly. Showers and studio were very clean and I felt very welcomed.

Great challenging circuit workout with different moves. And if you have injuries, you can modify! Felt like I had a personal trainer because he corrects your form, but he doesnt focus on you the whole time. Im gonna be really sore!

Fun! A good mix of movement rolled into one hour. I like that the strength portion is dynamic and not repetitive with the same exercises. Can’t wait to return for my next class.

They don't offer that class at all anymore at the Rec center but the manager let us stay to workout in the gym to make up for the confusion. the gym is nice, very new and clean. The stars are for the rec center not the class since we didn't take the class.
