The front desk team is welcoming and informative; the instructor taking the time for the personal introduction to the moves prior to the class being open to ensure the most productive and efficient class, and overall how the studio is operated. Jessi the instructor was amazing; her verbal cues, hands on corrections, demoing all the moves, and pushing the people in class to finish out each move strong. She was very specific with form and instruction to challenge the whole class; and minor tweaks throughout the sets provided an opportunity to keep pushing myself harder and feeling the moves more intentionally. Overall excellent workout!

see all reviewsI took the full row class as my first class. I arrived early as directed for a first row and was greeted very warmly. The class instructor, Agnes took me in early and showed me proper form and explained the class mechanics one-on-one. Everyone was very supportive and my assigned machine was between two experienced members that made me feel even more comfortable with helpful tips, encouragement, and jokes. Also the music was great. Rowing for the full time was definitely challenging. I am not at all in shape and when Agnes said, “it’s time to catch your breath”, I wanted to say, “that ship has sailed”😆. I was thankful for the modification advice she gave during class that allowed me to finish my first full row. I feel like I accomplished something today, had some fun, and met some cool people. I am looking forward to my next class.

The entire class welcome me with open arms and kept an eye on me the entire time to make sure I was okay. The class was engaging and challenging but not impossible. I will be back every Monday and Wednesday. To improve on my stamina!

It felt like a true workout with a good mix of cardio/legs. I’m normally not one to want to incorporate cardio into my workouts, but I’m glad they did because I felt it. Tori was very encouraging, but for people she knew who are members, she really pushed them. I was almost intimidated, but good for them! It’s super close to my house and I love that this company is family owned so I am giving back to my community.
