Great class! Montana and Omari were excellent instructors and demonstrated how to do each move and then helped you if you needed clarification mid workout. Excellent vibes and friendly for beginners.

RUN X LIFT Full Body - Lower Focus (50 mins)

My first class at Barry’s was an awesome experience! The instructor Andrew was great at making sure I was comfortable with everything & knew what to expect going into the class. The workout was perfect amount of cardio & weights. Andrew was very motivating throughout the entire class. The front desk staff are also lovely as well (sorry I forget their name) & the facility is clean & has great amenities- definitely will be coming back :)

    In Studio: Hot Yoga

Booked this class by mistake but not disappointed : ) I’m pretty much a beginner in yoga and still loved the class. It was just the right temperature although the flow was faster than anticipated, it could just be me being a complete beginner. Over all, the instructor was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and all in all super nice. Can’t wait to come back! … ps I wish there was still tea at the end of the session but I do get that it was a later class :’ )

It’s a little intimidating and overwhelming at the start of the class ngl. Mikey has a way of being rly hard on the entire class, but somehow still manages to take care of everyone individually by coming around either encouraging us, correcting our form or yelling at us more LOL.

    Drop-in (Open Gym)

Bright and open workout facility! Washrooms and gym were kept very clean and the front desk staff were beyond kind and helpful. No access to showers (as stated when you book) but full access to lockers, change rooms, towels and water fountain. I definitely noticed the effects of the different “altitude” when working out and enjoyed that I could work up a sweat in a quick workout because of it.

The instructor and staff were really nice, and I liked the small class size. MoveStrong was fun and challenging for me personally but I can imagine it’s not for everyone. It’s a more relaxed pace and combines basic workouts and yoga/stretching. :)
