see all reviewsAs someone who doesn’t enjoy “cardio” (aka “heart” in this studio’s terminology), I still had a fantastic time in this class. The instructor and the other people in the class were all high energy and extremely encouraging, and the programming was well balanced between abs and cardio. In fact, taking this class convinced me to sign up for a direct membership with this establishment! Highly recommend!

see all reviewsThe workout was great. I was beat and sweating. The instructor was nice but instructions were minimal. If I was a beginner I would have been lost. The gym is bare bones - I liked it, but be prepared. The class was small. I will for sure go back.
