Such a perfect class because it combines three components for active recovery not often offered and led by an experienced instructor who understands the active body.

    Vinyasa Flow - Heated

Andrea’s class is an amazing treat for both body and soul. She brings great energy to her classes. With her soft voice she makes it easier going thru challenging flows and always finishes up with a nice quote.

Jess is the best instructor by far. I don’t go to any other yoga classes now. Not only her instructions very clear, it’s very considerate with multiple options. The music is also good.

Great session. Juliana is a very good instructor and she gave spiritual guidance. Her energy is so great. But spot 22 is really not a good one. Suggest to assign this spot when there is out of other spot.

Love this class. Really nice sequence and a perfect mix of flow and stretches. I got a little sweat on and came out feeling amazing. Clear instructions and calming voice.

Love this class but the flows are unique so I find it hard to follow around bc the instructor hops around the studio for demonstrations and I can’t tell where she is when I’m trying to look at her for reference

Wonderful class, but the playlist had some bouncy songs that were a bit like elevator music or the background music for those How-to instructional videos on YouTube. Something more chill would be nice!

    Modo Flow - 60 min

Love this studio! Gives a quaint vibe, but runs like a well-oiled machine. Brendan is a great instructor. I love the variety of classes they have here, especially the yin style (if you don’t want to sweat too much I recommend this one).

I was worried heading into this class because I had some weight gain and hadn’t worked out in a while and didn’t want to join a class too intense but I was so happy with the class!! I felt challenged but Erick really established such an inclusive environment that made me feel good for being there and pushing myself to MY limits but not beyond. Will be returning!!

    Lift HIIT

Really enjoyed Dustin’s class. I enjoyed the movements in the set and the fact that the treads were less cardio. Dustin repeated the moves often which I appreciated as a visual learner and someone who copies the person beside me often because I can’t hear. I appreciated that he would give tips or call outs between sets and call out what he sees is being done wrong to the entire group. I also like that he goes around and gives one on one coaching especially if something is being done wrong.
