As a regular, Dustin is by far my favourite instructor at S&T. His classes are effective (no booty bands here!) and his infectious energy is unmatched. I love how he encourages everyone to life heavy and explains the science behind each move.

What an awesome class! Emily is super professional and I do believe many other instructors could benefit from attending her classes. She doesn’t stop to demonstrate, preps you in advance for the next move, works out together with the group and this all makes a huge difference!

They advertise free wraps and gloves for the first class. You get there and they say no you have to buy them. Why are you false advertising? Girl at the front desk was incredible unhelpful as was the instructor. Would not return.

Very high energy instructor, great music selections. Staff were helpful - I had forgotten to get weights before clipping into my bike and a staff member was kind enough to get them for me as class had just started.

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.

Super fun! Instructors were super positive and helpful. Great for beginners. A little bit tight on space and people had to share poles, but its nice to have a short break here and there. Highly recommend if you were ever thinking of trying it out.
