    Rock the Bells (50 Min)

As a regular, Dustin is by far my favourite instructor at S&T. His classes are effective (no booty bands here!) and his infectious energy is unmatched. I love how he encourages everyone to life heavy and explains the science behind each move.

    JACKED

Great workout and instructor! Super motivating and challenging. If you want to up your weights game this is it! Only thing is the music is a bit over bearing and doesn’t really flow with the class.

Syd is such a pro and knows how to keep class fresh with tons of new exercises. My thighs and butt are feeling it. We tried ballet arabesques in class today, so fun!! Would love more of this. Such a great instructor and kind spirit! :)

    Pure Power

A strong vinyasa practise, very warm and sweaty for a cold day. Class best suited to those have practised before Brad didn’t use music which I really loved, the whole class was using breath to move in unison. Great class, couldn’t recommend more. #ClassPassInsider

Very high energy instructor, great music selections. Staff were helpful - I had forgotten to get weights before clipping into my bike and a staff member was kind enough to get them for me as class had just started.

    SUNDAY CHURCH Power Hatha Flow

Interesting and intimate space in an old house. Props and mats were there if needed. The flow was more intense as we held positions for 3-5 breaths. Mia provided gentle corrections. Breath work and meditation in the middle/end added some grounding to the flow. Overall I enjoyed it and would def return!

    Pole Fit: Beginner Level 1

Super fun! Instructors were super positive and helpful. Great for beginners. A little bit tight on space and people had to share poles, but its nice to have a short break here and there. Highly recommend if you were ever thinking of trying it out.

Great instructor. Clean place. Clean changing rooms! (I did go when it was less busy though) Friendly staff to show you around. I only went for one class, so I'm not sure about the gym aspect but they appeared to have different variations of workout equipment.

    Spinning

Honestly you need to try spinning with chuck - it was so awesome. He knew everyone in the class by name, including the two new people, and was very motivating. He was also funny, had great music, and would even fill up our water bottles for us while we were spinning.
