see all reviewsTake the class!! High probability of crushing your move points by 11 am. It’s a fun time, just like the name says. Scott plans a challenging class and you can adjust the intensity to your preference. Week to week, this class (and gym overall) provides an incredible workout and a fun environment. The programming is different each week and while the mixed format - on the bike, on the floor, on the rower, etc. - can seem chaotic at first, but it works and the time flies by. The vibe is down to earth and welcoming, not stuffy or pretentious.

see all reviewsI took a foundations class awhile back and while it was fine, I learned and got wayyyy more out of this class with Hannah. Killer row sesh with some body weight and light weight floor moves worked in to break up the rowing. I’ll be back for sure!
