They have AMAZING equipment and you can expect exercises like barbell shoulder press, jump squats with weights, tricep cable extensions, throwing 35-50lb balls, barbell rows, etc. Expect to do 6-10 reps of each exercise and four sets. Also expect to do them back to back with little breaks. So many classes on classpass focus on cardio or legs and maybe abs. This one really is full body and serious weight training, plus an amazing amount of arms which I loved. If you wanna be ripped like the instructors then this is the class you go to, no other class I’ve taken comes close. Fun music and really nice people too.
