see all reviewsI currently take a lot of the yoga sculpt, mat pilates and inferno at R1 and they’re all great. I took the Power Vinyasa class to witness first hand if it’s a practice that I would be interested in.. and I love it! Gina is a very thorough and detailed instructor. She also leads from her heart and walks around the room paying total attention and giving adjustments when necessary. I understood every movement that she explained, I just personally need to take more classes to participate properly because it was my first time. I recommend the power vinyasa classes for individuals who have experience and/or have taken a few classes privately or learned the basic knowledge on their own because it is a steady practice and there are about 30+ individuals in the room, so it can become difficult to keep up without knowing the asanas. Besides that, I’ll be back next week!🧘🏻♀️

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class. It left me feeling stretched and relaxed but strengthened in a way I didn’t know I needed to be for me and baby! I love the language Haven uses with bringing “love” and “community” into our week. I felt supported while I was there as well as when I left. I am looking to go again!

I do feel like the staff is reading the comments/feedback and they are working to keep the studio fresh and clean. That is super positive to see they are taking things seriously and responding to feedback. I will keep coming back :)

If you’re looking for a place that focuses more on the depth, mindfulness, and attentiveness of your body movement in function through Pilates rather than the pump and quickness of a class, come to KIVA! They’ll focus on the importance of your alignment and carefulness of every muscle needed attending. I did the prenatal class: tower with Janine and she focused on the strengthening of everything me and my baby needed with the challenge my body thanks me and Janine for.
