    Evening Mountain

Danielle was awesome! I’m a beginner and didn’t realize Mountain is more of a workshop than traditional flow, but she was super helpful and gave me a lot of individual tips for improvement. The neck massage at the end was fantastic, too!

    Hot Yoga HIIT

Joslin was great; she led a challenging class but also encouraged modifications based on current akill level. Hot yoga is always cathartic, but the HIIT class was definitely more my speed and will be yours too if traditional yoga is a little slow for you to stay focused. Also, everyone here was so welcoming. Will be back!

The instructor is kind and wonderful, and the class is welcoming and inclusive. Be aware that that its as chill as the name suggests this is not an athletic yoga class. But its definitely worth a visit.

Pure Yoga - Hatha + Yin Yoga

Wonderful!! Such a thoughtful and creative flow. It was a semi-private lesson with only two of us. It felt more like a slow-motion power class than a traditional hatha - which was perfect for me! Though, those looking for something super chill may want to consider a different class. The teacher was super sweet too!

    Ashtanga (Primary series)

First traditional Ashtanga class and I really enjoyed it! Simple studio, friendly instructor, all levels of yogis in the class. If you’re new to Ashtanga like me, each class is structured with the same flow of poses; in this case the ‘primary series’. If you search ‘ashtanga primary series’ you will see charts of all the poses you’ll do in the class. The instructor will guide you through the series in a warm room without music. It may sound dull or repetitive but I find this to be a good challenge as I’m focused solely on the poses and breath.
