see all reviewsBest handstand class I have attended so far! Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I was then able to work on the micro movements in the fingers to balance away from the wall. Such a great sense of achievement and some real ‘light bulb’ moments! Thank you so much Lucy!

see all reviewsI ended up actually enjoying this class after a rocky start but I’m very confused because this was not the class I thought I had booked? It said beginner to medium which I thought would just mean a lighter version of the signature but instead it was taught as a complete beginners class as if this was your first time on a reformer- including five minutes at the start explaining how the machine worked- which I already knew

see all reviewsI really appreciated that Ashleigh clearly communicated the duration (30/45/60/90) and target step length (medium/medium-long/long/etc.) for each track. It helped manage expectations and stay motivated. In other classes I’ve been to, it has often been quite hard to understand what the instructor is shouting over the music, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Eventually we found the code hidden in the class pass confirmation email. After 10 minutes I was finally able to enter the gym.
