How to get there

The studio is located at 1A Magdalen St, just moments away from the new exit at the London Bridge station! As London Bridge train/tube station has several exits, Bikram Yoga London recommends taking the new exit and exit right onto Tooley Street. Walk past the pub and cross Bermondsey street, passing Chilango along the way. Continue for a minute until you reach Bursar Street (you'll see Carve on the corner) and turn right. You'll immediately be on Magdalen Street, where you turn left and see the studio sign straight ahead.

Brilliant session with Kirsty this morning

As per the above comments... yes it stinks. The instructor was amazing and very helpful. However 1:30mins is a long time for first timers. Me and my friend had to run out after 1:15..

Fantastic class, favourite Bikram instructor in London
Bikram Yoga with Martin
The teacher was great. Was my first time And i got put at the front of the class where it was extremely cramped - would have preferred to have been a bit more spaced out at the other side of the room. The class is really challenging mostly because it is TOO HOT. I ended up running away near the end after trying to leave twice.
