About this studio

Strengthen, lengthen and tone with one of London's leading Dynamic Reformer Pilates providers and Three-time Tatler Gym Award winner, Ten Health & Fitness. Their trademark workout is intense and dynamic. It’s designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned muscle. They also offer a range of alternate classes, such as HiiT, TRX, Barre and Yoga, which are underpinned by Pilates principles. Their expert trainers and small class sizes means plenty of hands-on correction, with a focus on form, precision and control. Please note that you'll need to complete a Beginners Dynamic Reformer Pilates class prior to an Intermediate or Advanced class.

How to prepare

If you're joining us for Pilates or Stretch, you must wear gripsocks. If you don't have any, they're available to buy at reception. If you're coming to HiiT or TRX, you'll need trainers, and if you're coming for Yoga or Barre, socks or bare feet are fine.   As for anything else, we provide everything that you will need, including water, towels and toiletries. You'll also find hair dryers and straighteners in our changing rooms. Please note that if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time, you will not be permitted to enter.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
