About this studio

Frame offers the biggest variety of classes in London, renowned for its feel good, energetic and fun-filled classes Frame was born out of the simple mantra that getting fit shouldn’t be a chore! Within the Shoreditch studio, you’ll find a whopping five studios: a ‘hard-core’ fitness room (complete with punch pads, TRX, treadmills and plyometric boxes), a Yoga studio, a Reformer Pilates studio, and two studios for Freestyle Fitness, Barre and Dance for Frame signatures classes such as Ass & Abs, 80's Aerobics or Bend It Like Barbie. 02070331855

How to prepare

We know that variety is the spice of life which is why our carefully curated timetable and expert instructors will make sure your brain and body never get bored. Plus we’ve got fully kitted out changing rooms equipped with power showers stocked with REN shampoo, conditioner and body wash, plus GHD hair straighteners and hairdryers and complimentary towels to take you from studio to the street.

How to get there

Frame Shoreditch is a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street and Old Street Station and 3 minutes from Shoreditch High Street Station. Slap bang in the middle of the creative east end, they’ve got a studio to match, housed in three railway arches decorated with multicoloured ceilings housing 5 studios.

Friendly instructor with a lovely energy. Class size too big. Playlist wasn’t great. Not enough guidance or coaching on form so I felt like I was just doing my best and potentially not getting the most out of my workout

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
