I was totally clueless on how to use the rower but he made a drawing pa of the monitor and explained the settings every time we needed to reset and do another set. My legs and arms were burning midway but he made sure to motivate each one of us to do our best and set a new goal to overcome. It’s nice that they offer different types of rowing classes to mix it up! Even though I was a newbie I felt very welcomed by the staff. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Super nice view pa with the sunlight in the studio! I felt very fulfilled after and would love to take another class here!

    Such a lovely and fun class, with a burn! Khun Nid was clear, patient, and attentive, teaching the class in both Thai and English, and going around to adjust our poses. For this class, I reckon it would help to have at least a little experience with barre or pilates, though you don't need to be a pro by any means.     Yvonne’s class was 🔥🔥🔥 i dont normally listen to the songs on her playlist but they just make you want to GO. I think because the beats were clear so you would know when to change choreo. Interestingly she had shorter songs but it was INTENSE. Pacing was also done really well. We got a good slow warm up before we bring it up to the sprints and choreo. I find some other instructors go ham too early and you lose out energy right away (tho that might be a skill issue on my end haha)
