    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

I loved Ella! She’s such a gem! This was my first time taking an interval class at studio 3 and she was a great intro! If you’ve taken orange theory, this is the same thing minus the heart rate monitor. Her playlist is fire, space is very clean and instructions were very clear! Even when I was confused she came and helped me out and the people around me too. After class we had a chat about nutrition and my fitness level on my 75 hard journey. Loved her!

The space is very clean and locker rooms have great amenities including Ouai products! They gave me two mini samples as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The class itself was super fun. The format of the class is a little hard to follow because the instructor is talking most of the time yelling out instructions so if you’re a visual learner it will be hard to keep up. I understand the class might be too full to check everyone’s form, but since Im still fairly new to strength training I would appreciate some help on that. Overall the instructor Gina had a friendly attitude and gave us newbies a shoutout at the end of class. I would come here again but probably need to work on my own strength training in between to get the full benefit of the workout.

This is a very innovative and fun way to work out! A number of things to appreciate here. first friendly and helpful staff. Today's instructor saw me struggling and gave modifications throughout the lesson to help me out. the other instructor that checked me in, was very eager to get me settled in and explain how the class would go (he tried to tell me something about how to stand on the pad so it doesn't vibrate in your ears, but I missed it, so clarify that) throughout the class there is nice upbeat music, the instructor shows you everything before you do and there is a huge screen to watch her while you actually do the exercises. Even though I have only been here once, it seems like the instructor now everyone that comes in and personally gets them to their stations. Lastly, the finisher for the class a cool towel, very nice, because I was burning up (do not wear long sleeves to this class)

Good instructor and liked the space, music wasn’t piercingly loud which was awesome. Overall CycleBar isn’t my favorite concept because the metrics/stats mean nothing to me and I don’t like the leaderboard. There really aren’t enough Connect rides with it totally off and riding purely to the rhythm. But I was able to just enjoy the music and direction without focusing on stats, so good workout.
