see all reviewsGreat music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

Beginner friendly but also challenging for seasoned runners with strength exercises that will help with your running. If you are worried about the VR component due to motion sickness, don’t be. I get incredibly sick from VR rides and games (Harry Potter World, Oculus, VR game rooms, etc) and this is nothing like that. Instructors are really kind and motivating and you’ll get an incredible workout!
