Slow and intentional this class allows you to work deep into tight muscles. Location was a little hard to find (but I also hate driving downtown) but completely worth it and I will be back!

see all reviewsThis was my first time doing CrossFit and it was awesome! The staff and other members were very welcoming and supportive. Since it was my first CrossFit workout, the instructor advised me to modify my workout to include less reps and rounds than the written workout, which I appreciated. I asked the instructor for guidance on my form/technique, and he helped me a good deal without being annoying or overbearing. It was a great workout, and the facility had good quality equipment and enough space. Would highly recommend and I will come for another class!
