About this studio
We are CrossFit Mecklenburg and our goal is to offer a friendly and fun environment for all fitness levels. We have an awesome coaching staff ready to help you meet your fitness goals and an amazing community of athletes to help cheer you on. The GM/Head Coach is Brendan McNeirney. How to prepare
When you walk in the door, stand by the computer and screens mounted by the door. That is where you can sign waivers/class check in. After checking in, place your things in the cubbies and start stretching. We will start the class on time. Classes are all one level -Crossfit. How to get there
There is parking in the front/back/side of the building. There is a small driveway to the left of the building that will take you to the back parking.
