Sometimes the quick run through at the beginning of the class is a lot of information at once and I forget the notes about keeping the correct form so I enjoyed Franks class.

The Practice
see all reviewsSeventy-five minutes of unheated vinyasa at 359 King Street, tucked above Williams-Sonoma in a room that looks like a Charleston single house had a baby with a CrossFit box. Exposed heavy timber ceiling structure, brick walls, wide-plank hardwood floors, industrial pendants throwing warm light across a space that somehow feels both raw and calm. Erin Gray built the class around pincha prep, dolphin, funky dolphin, and core work. Inversion-focused sequencing with clear intention behind it. Pacing was steady, not frantic. Cueing was verbal-only, no hands-on adjustments. It's a follow-along format, so bring your own body awareness or sit with the challenge. The room was mostly women, many visibly strong practitioners in coordinated kits. Energy was focused but not intimidating. Music was cheerful without being distracting. Loaner props available. Booking runs through MINDBODY, and at three ClassPass credits this is arguably the best value on King Street that doesn't involve a happy hour. If you want vinyasa that feels deliberately constructed rather than freestyled, Grayce delivers.
