My first Core class and first time with Sierrah! I didn’t know what to expect. Challenging but not intimidating! Worked up a sweat, but didn’t feel like I was lost or behind on the moves. If you have done yoga, barre, Pilates, you will be fine!

Katie is so knowledgeable about the inter-workings of connected body parts, muscle groups, etc! She focuses a lot on mobility, balance, and strength which has helped me greatly in my other workouts and day to day activities like pain from sitting at a desk. Challenging workout but you leave feeling so awesome after.

    Vin to Yin

Tashi is easily one of my favorite instructors in Charleston. She is very engaging and creates an amazing atmosphere to really connect with your body in the practice. It is hard to find a very authentic and spiritual yoga studio downtown but the Salt Spa covers all bases.

    Gentle Flow

It is a gentle yoga with big focus on feeling of how you move. Don’t expect a hard Vin exercise out of this class. It is great mental work however. A lot of elder people were there which is great to see!

    Aerial Hoop Beginner

This was my first aerial hoop class! I’ve never done anything aerial, never done pole, and have no kind of experience with this hoop stuff! I take dance classes and yoga too so I’m used to exercise classes. The beginning warmup was nothing I’m not used to. The actual hoop work was definitely hard, but the teacher gave me an easier option for everything that she was teaching the other more experienced people. This made it feasible for me to take the class and feel like I got something out of it. I was able to do a couple little tricks, and I feel like I will probably take another hoop class and try again. My upper body is sore, but I knew that would happen.

CATHERINE AND ZACH ARE AMAZING! The class was OUT OF THIS WORLD, and I will absolutely go again (and again!). Dr. Cat is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and an excellent teacher. They made many adjustments for me that made each new posture feel fun/safe/freeing. Zach is an excellent teacher as well, and always puts together amazing classes. The studio is beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could ever need. The experience is one of a kind in the Charleston area, and everyone could benefit from it and enjoy it. Highly recommend!
