see all reviewsI’ve been going to Salt Yoga for a while now & it is AMAZING! Most often, I attend class with one of three instructors (although the other instructors are awesome as well). Lauren Bristow’s classes are HIGH ENERGY - you will SWEAT & be challenged. It’s great. Casey Sass’s classes are my happy place. They are moderately challenging and leave me feeling GOOD. Ji Hwang’s classes are FUN - I recommend them to anyone who is open to experimenting with or trying advanced poses. No matter which instructor you choose - you will have a great time.

The Works Renew

see all reviewsJerrah is a wonderful instructor. She offers helpful adjustments and clear prompts. She makes the flow down what it is supposed to be: you are able to really get into a pose and hold it long enough to make a difference. Great music!
The Works Renew is the complement to The Works Sweat Studio and The Works Cycle.… Aerial Hoop Beginner
see all reviewsThis was my first aerial hoop class! I’ve never done anything aerial, never done pole, and have no kind of experience with this hoop stuff! I take dance classes and yoga too so I’m used to exercise classes. The beginning warmup was nothing I’m not used to. The actual hoop work was definitely hard, but the teacher gave me an easier option for everything that she was teaching the other more experienced people. This made it feasible for me to take the class and feel like I got something out of it. I was able to do a couple little tricks, and I feel like I will probably take another hoop class and try again. My upper body is sore, but I knew that would happen.
