see all reviewsThere was a male instructor for this class. I liked his class but it did incorporate a lot of upper body strength that I am lacking more than the male instructor is. We did a ton of planks. Think planks instead of downward facing dog - like loads of planks.

see all reviewsI would describe this class as more "authentically" yoga and more intimate than a lot of the other yoga classes in this area. The instructor is very knowledgeable on yoga practices. It can be beginner friendly but I would definitely say some basic yoga knowledge is needed to be able to keep up. Overall I enjoyed the class.

see all reviewsI haven’t had one bad class at this studio!! The soundtracks and instructors are great. They gradually build throughout the class to work towards something. Always symmetric, gives transitions between poses, and challenges you in a variety of poses! If you are trying to build your practice, you need to go here. They actually offer options to poses, and can read the students when any adjustments need to be made for safer postures. They allow you to strengthen your poses by being able to hold your poses longer than one second (compared to mainstream studios).
