see all reviewsMOLLY IS GREAT!!! This was one of my favorite yoga classes I’ve ever taken- she keeps the energy so high yet so focused, pushes everyone in the room to work as hard as they can, and takes time at the end of class to make sure everyone is leaving feeling centered and more connected. Adore u molly <3

see all reviewsI’ve been going to Salt Yoga for a while now & it is AMAZING! Most often, I attend class with one of three instructors (although the other instructors are awesome as well). Lauren Bristow’s classes are HIGH ENERGY - you will SWEAT & be challenged. It’s great. Casey Sass’s classes are my happy place. They are moderately challenging and leave me feeling GOOD. Ji Hwang’s classes are FUN - I recommend them to anyone who is open to experimenting with or trying advanced poses. No matter which instructor you choose - you will have a great time.

This club is expensive but is the first I have personally seen that made me think "yeah, this is justified and worth it" re: membership prices. ClassPass is a steal!! Facilities were truly luxurious, polished, and well equipped. Great parking, beautiful newer building. I will be sure to visit on my next trip to Charleston.

The practice is intentional, invigorating, rehabilitating, personal, raw and expansive and in the most beautiful historic space that feels nestled perfectly in the treetops on the second floor of the King Street studio. see all reviewsI soooo wish this studio wasn’t so far away from my house!! LOVED the class, absolutely loved Liz and her energy. However I will say, I love hot yoga but it was HOT. There are no fans in the studio at all, so near the end of the class it starts to become stifling. Also I wish Liz had a mic so I could hear her awesome energy better!! Overall, I will be back for sure!!
