She gives great instruction and helpful, one-on-one tactile and verbal corrections. The pace of the class was challenging but manageable as someone who does light exercise a couple of times a week and she offered modifications where needed. I was able to keep up but I’ll be sore tomorrow and have things to work toward! Hope to be back!

What struck me most was how the class was tailored for back health. As someone who often struggles with back discomfort, I found the exercises to be both effective and relieving. Each movement felt purposeful, targeting muscles that contribute to overall back strength and flexibility. Leaving the class, I felt a noticeable improvement in my posture and a sense of relief in my back muscles. The instructor's guidance and the focus on back health left me eager to return for more sessions. Overall, my first mat Pilates experience exceeded my expectations.
