see all reviewsI have been trying to get into this class for awhile but if often fills up early. I can see why! It was super relaxing and the teacher made the atmosphere just right. Lots of mini candles and a star light pattern that reflected on the ceiling kept the lighting low and no -threatening, perfect way to wind down the weekend in a Sunday night. I will definitely return, if I can get in.

see all reviewsAwesome studio. From Sho at the front desk who greeted me so warmly (even though I was only 5 min early for my first class) to Wes teaching the class, even the people in class were so friendly and welcoming. Wes was an awesome coach, gave helpful tips on form and posture but wasn’t overbearing. He shared some funny stories, was upbeat and provided plenty of modifications for every exercise. I loved all the different kettlebell exercises and will be sore tomorrow ! But looking forward to going again soon.

see all reviewsI’m so glad there’s a hot yoga studio in the area! Small studio but everyone was nicely spaced out and the instructor was friendly. Could be a little more challenging and would prefer dimmer lights but overall a great experience. Really glad I finally booked a class here and will definitely return!

see all reviewsAmazing class! A full 60-minutes of full-body strength and conditioning. You rotate between 10 different exercises that will get your heart racing, muscles aching, and your mind kept busy. The instructor, Maddie, was super helpful and provided form correction and made sure we stayed on track. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsLiked it! My first time here and it's semi-personal training so u start out warming up with another person then split off and do different workouts in your own lane that's numbered. Then there is often another person or two who begin every 20 min or so (waves). The owner was super nice and it wasn't a difficult workout. They can modify for injuries. #classpassinsider

see all reviewsThe General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

see all reviewsThis is tabata-style workout, you do a compound exercise of say 10-20 reps and then you get a break then you do 3-4 sets and then switch to something else. Class goes by fast and Noelle is very encouraging and can modify things if you have an injury #classpassinsider

see all reviewsHighly recommended! Great people and loads of fun. Was easy for me to adjust as I needed and go at my own pace. No patronizing "encouragement". I would recommend at least a low-level of fitness although not a MUST. (There's lots of stair climbing, jumping, and burpees).
