Rumble Boxing
see all reviewsIt was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a tour and instructions. The workout itself was great. Shannon went over all the moves, but there are screens that demonstrate them too as well as spell out the patterns. Shannon was awesome and made everyone feel comfortable, encouraging us by name. Awesome gym!

see all reviewsReally like this instructor - he's the unique combination of energy and chill that I find really motivating. I enjoyed this class, and liked that it was a good mix of in the saddle and out to third. I was disappointed that there wasn't any arms though. Clean, well-maintained studio, with helpful and friendly staff.

Next time it would be great if she included other options for planks because I was just not feeling it today (hung over done the night before). I really appreciated the sweatiness of the series. I felt much better after I left.

see all reviewsMy first time taking a streaming class on CP and it was a great experience! I was at my vacation home and couldn’t get into town for class so it was great to bring the studio into my home. The streaming quality was good and it was almost as good as being there. Plus I got to work out with my usually friends. Definitely worth the credits and I will make sure it take barre again when I can’t be there in person.

see all reviewsMy first time at Core Power Yoga, and Ive seen this chain in every major city. This was a hot yoga class with good instructions and some more descriptive names for the poses (asanas) than the original Sanskrit offers. Sone spirituality but not too much, as is trendy today. I liked this scaled down version. Great workout without too much extra stuff. I would certainly return and hope to visit other CPY locations.

The Basics
see all reviewsThe General is an awesome instructor ! He’s very meticulous and he focused heavily on form and technique during “The Essentials” class, which I loved and haven’t quite found at any other boxing gym in the city….and believe me I’ve tried them all. This place is a hidden gem! The classes are intimate, about 8-10 people per class and you get a lot of individualized attention which is amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

see all reviewsThis is a great high intensity cardio barre workout. I wouldn’t recommend this class for beginners but more so for intermediate to advanced barre students because the class moves very quickly. I especially loved Callie as an instructor! She has a great personality, she brought tons of energy and enthusiasm to her class, great excellent demos and corrections, was super motivating and even cracked jokes during class. I also love a great playlist and her’s was 🔥🔥🔥. If I could give her an 11/10 I would actually, I just did, so there! I would highly recommend Callie’s class!!
