Ignite - Athletic Conditioning
see all reviewsGreat workout and the teacher allows you to take things at your own pace/offers a lot of modifications for students at different levels. I liked that the class felt accessible but still a very challenging and intensive workout. For reference I usually work out 2 times per week but fell out of the habit for the past 2 months. This was my first class back and it was difficult but so worth it!

see all reviewsI appreciate her emphasis on form. Life is always go go go- often I feel rushed during yoga classes. I loved the slow pace. It helped me lean into the poses which made it that much more challenging. The phrase “invest in your transition” really stuck with me. I’ve been to so many classes, but this one felt special. I will definitely be back.

see all reviewsGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

see all reviewsSo good, as always! Britt’s classes are consistently the best group fitness classes I’ve ever taken in my 10 years of taking classes around Boston. So well planned and perfectly executed, great music & great energy, pushes me to my limit but still accessible!

see all reviewsRelaxing overall but it was a bit more talking/brighter lights than I was hoping for at end of long day! I prefer my recovery classes to feel like light suggestions and deep, slow movements mixed in with the lymphatic drainage aspects (which were a great element of this class!)
