The group was wonderful, the people were kind, playful and the atmosphere made me want to push myself - Jerome stepped in and gently reminded me to pace myself because of my re-entry into lifting and exercising heavier. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.
