    Fast paced, very much like Barry’s but better than that for the amount of credits. Wouldn’t recommend for beginners though, since there is no focus on form and the class is in a very dark room, so no one would notice even if you were doing it wrong. But if you are used to strength training and all you need is someone to push you, 10/10 this is a good class.

    I have been going to Pranify yoga for about a year now, and Chelsea is by far my favorite instructor! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and a great teacher! She is really great at explaining form and helps correct form during class when necessary. She has given me some really awesome pointers to help me improve!     I really loved Mon’s instruction. Great cues, good flow. It was great that she demoed some moments before class so we could actually see!!     Gene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time.     So I’m over 40, out of shape, wear glasses, have maybe a crumb of natural rhythm. And I did the class. Did I nail it? Absolutely not. Did I sweat? Oh yeah. Did I flail my arms around and try to swing my hips and somehow come out looking like a dying fish flopping around on the floor? A hundred percent. But it was fun, everyone around me was laughing and shaking it, and at least four people were doing different things at any given time. Literally my only complaint was the last song was some modern remake of “Creep” by TLC which offended me on a level I wasn’t even aware I could be offended on. So go take the class, move, sweat, trip while trying to stretch, do the thing.
