    Barre Unbound

Cristy is an absolute sweetheart and great with modifications. Went for a Saturday Barre class and after letting her know my side was bothering me from a class at a different studio, she suggestion the yoga class after Barre. It definitely helped the issue! The overall experience was wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to more classes at EB+ 🙂

    FREE Pilates

This place is wonderful. My 2nd time there and Dana is great! I love the fact that she is a PT. Her classes are beginner friendly and I feel very comfortable in her care, but not just for newbies as she shows you the different ways in which you can adjust the routine regardless of your level. I will keep going back for sure! Oh, and they even offer a free class each month for all!

    Cycling/ Upper Body reps/weights Class w/Cecelia

I have not taken a spin class in over a year due to having my first baby, so I am a bit out of tune. Cecelia was very helpful in getting me reacquainted with the bike settings and “choreography”. She had a great upbeat, positive attitude and a good playlist of music which is imperative for a successful spin class. The bike was very comfortable and easy to use compared to others I’ve been on before. I also liked that the studio is a bit smaller so the class was not very large and more personal. I love that it was a combo class starting with cardio and finishing with some light weights and stretching. I definitely will be returning!
