Exercises were during rest periods and I never felt uncertain of what move came next because you only had to remember 2 at a time before moving on to the next 2. A true 45 min workout! The workout could easily work for all levels of fitness. Alex was so knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and motivating. 10/10 experience.

see all reviewsClass was a great start to my Saturday morning! Only negative is that the class description says 30 min of cycling and 15 min of strength circuits… this was a full 45 min cycling class so the description should be updated to reflect that so people aren’t misled.
