    After just one class, I think I found my new favorite studio- and I have been to many! The class was planned so efficiently. Exercises were during rest periods and I never felt uncertain of what move came next because you only had to remember 2 at a time before moving on to the next 2. A true 45 min workout! The workout could easily work for all levels of fitness. Alex was so knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and motivating. 10/10 experience.

    Class was a great start to my Saturday morning! Only negative is that the class description says 30 min of cycling and 15 min of strength circuits… this was a full 45 min cycling class so the description should be updated to reflect that so people aren’t misled.

    Pilates Barre Fusion Class with Amy

    Immediately felt welcomed and like it mattered to the instructors that I was there. Amy was excellent! The workout was fully engaging and so fun! As a beginner I struggled a bit but I didn’t feel judged or pushed too far. Just right! Will be back for sure!
