I’m not really an athlete but I do workout regularly, I’m just new to free weights. My concerns were quickly washed away because Vonn was very friendly and able to offer modifications to the workouts, when needed (and truthfully I didn’t need as many as I expected!) He was very encouraging and helped me get the forms down on each of the exercises that I was new to learn. He even went above and beyond to give helpful advice for my bad wrists! If you’re thinking about coming to this class, but are nervous like I was, don’t be! This was one of the best workouts I’ve had at a class in a while. I definitely will be back!
