    Class was a great start to my Saturday morning! Only negative is that the class description says 30 min of cycling and 15 min of strength circuits… this was a full 45 min cycling class so the description should be updated to reflect that so people aren’t misled.

    I have to admit I was a little worried coming into this class that it was going to be way too intense for me based on the reviews. I’m not really an athlete but I do workout regularly, I’m just new to free weights. My concerns were quickly washed away because Vonn was very friendly and able to offer modifications to the workouts, when needed (and truthfully I didn’t need as many as I expected!) He was very encouraging and helped me get the forms down on each of the exercises that I was new to learn. He even went above and beyond to give helpful advice for my bad wrists! If you’re thinking about coming to this class, but are nervous like I was, don’t be! This was one of the best workouts I’ve had at a class in a while. I definitely will be back!
