Always in love with this space! Visiting in the morning especially, it’s beautiful and warming to feel and watch the light fill the room as the sun continues to rise. Vic is an incredible instructor! She creates such a safe space with gentle language, offering more support and more challenge throughout the flow. I always leave feeling loose, warm, invigorated, and calm. Thank you <333

I’ve never had anything less than a 5-star workout here - Taylor’s class was challenging and pushed me to my limits for sure. 🔥 However, the vibe was muuuuch different than any classes or events I’ve ever attended with the studio. I arrived a few minutes early and it was just Taylor and I in the studio for a bit. She did not look at, acknowledge, or speak to me the entire time which I found really odd? Even when walking by me. If it was my first time there I’d be so put off to the experience. I debated reviewing because I absolutely adore this studio and all their staff, but felt like they should know. Again - if I was a newbie I probably wouldn’t come back based on my experience with Taylor.

Had a phenomenal experience taking Babette’s class for the first time. She incorporated really interesting, unique (and challenging!) stretches into the flows - ones I’ve never done before in any yoga class. Babette talked throughout the class, explaining the essence behind each pose alongside therapeutic, podcast-quality thought bits on what it meant to hold and let go, then receive the feedback that our mind & body deserve ✨✨ definitely recommend if you like constant thought bits

Katey is an incredibly talented instructor. Her classes are difficult, but not inaccessible. She is very encouraging and even when I think that I don’t have the ability to try something she’s called out, I try it anyway because she breaks it down so well. She has a gift because her unified class is the only open level class I’d be comfortable taking both people who have never done yoga in their lives and those who’ve been doing it for years. Would love to see her on the schedule more since her class has become quite popular and it’s sometimes hard to get into it!

I arrived and the front desk staff person was very busy. It was my first time so I didn’t know where to go and they didn’t provide detailed instructions, even after asking for them. So I went up to the third floor and people were chanting in one room (the class I signed up for wasn’t supposed to start for 10 mins) and staring at me while taking their shoes off in another. I may have misunderstood what the class would be and I felt overwhelmed and turned around and left. Not a reflection of them so I don’t want to deduct points.
