see all reviewsGreat class again with a teacher that is very welcoming and professional! I actually stumbled into her after participating her Soul Flow over the weekend, which was such an amazing flow with incredible music. That class felt like an experience. Especially with the shaking in the middle that helped me to let go, even though it was a bit unfamiliar at first but she made it so fun and went all in too.

see all reviewsThis class was amazing and exactly what I needed. It was “slow” yoga but it was definitely still engaging and there was lots of amazing movement that challenged me. I was experiencing back pain and I let Madalyn know and she helped me modify each move and gave hands on correction, which I love. She was amazing and cueing and paid close attention to form. I can’t stand when instructors don’t correct form. 10/10!!!

see all reviewsAesthetically pleasing and clean studio. This was a very relaxing class. The instructor was kind and gave pretty clear instructions. I took this class after a series of strength training classes and it really helped me. Some of the poses like getting your legs to go behind your ears while lying down, sarvangasana if I am not mistaken are still a long way away for a beginner like me. But I think you can do variations of it and it’s still pretty beneficial. Loved the vibe and music.

From the moment you step into the cozy, candle-lit studio, the energy is just magnetic. Geraldine brings such a beautiful presence—warm, playful, and grounded in wisdom. The sequence was innovative and fun, pushing me in the best way while keeping things fluid and accessible. I loved how thoughtfully each movement built on the next—nothing felt random or rushed. Her guidance throughout was crystal clear, encouraging, and sprinkled with just the right amount of challenge and inspiration. And let’s talk about that playlist—🔥🔥🔥. It carried the flow like a heartbeat, lifting the room and syncing perfectly with every transition. It honestly made the class feel like a moving meditation and a dance party for the soul. This was more than just a yoga class—it was an experience. A powerful, well-rounded journey that left me feeling energized, open, and deeply connected. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Geraldine!

see all reviewsmy goodness, Camila, Camila, Camilla. yes, I came in and had to wait a few minutes, but I understood that Camila is more than a massage therapist, she understands what you're coming in for even if you come in for something else! I thought i needed a lymphatic drain massage and she requested i try the somatic or come back for one and she was SPOT on! She required the time to make sure her clients were set up for success coming out of emotional experiences, which I understood before going in and even more so coming out. if you're in need of a release or a simple massage, she's impeccable at what she does and she does it from the heart- very rare nowadays. I will most certainly be back.
