    The space is great and they provide lockers for everyone. The zumba room is spacious and there is water available (but no cups so bring your bottle).     It's just the right intensity for me. It's definitely not easy, but it's not overly strenuous. I sweated a lot and worked my muscles and ligaments. It doesn't require as much balance, has short burpees and some jumps. This time I used a 3-pound dumbbell weight. I felt a bit labored in the middle of the exercise but I kept up. 2.5-pound dumbbells are also available.
