About this studio

Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat and tones your thighs in record-breaking time! In just 55 minutes, you will achieve a total body workout targeted at the areas of the body women struggle with most: seat, hips, thighs, abs and arms. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean and strong physique.

Pure Barre classes

How to prepare

New students must arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, regardless of having been to other Pure Barre's. They cannot accommodate anyone who is more than 5 minutes late. Wear pants, legging or capris (no shorts), a top that covers midriff and socks are required. Shoes and cell phones are not allowed in studio. Please let the instructor know of any injuries.

Super hard but great as always ! Think of this like a harder version of barre. Still a lot of toning but more cardio than a standard class too.

Terrific class. Very hard, and great. This studio has a great roster of teachers, and they still follow the old Pure barre format in terms of stretchingwhich means more stretching, so I feel much better when Im done. Beautiful studio.

KILLER class, but sensational. This studio is spacious and beautiful. FYI the class, listed as 45 minutes, was closer to 55which is great, obviously, but worth knowing in advance because parking around the studio is metered.

Steph was very kind! But she did a few exercises that I felt werent explained very well. Because the pace of barre is so fast, by the time she explained things we were onto the next exercise. The studio is nice though!

What is ClassPass?
