The trainer was really good and I found her instructions clear. The studio wasn’t super fancy but they didn’t have too many beds in the class so the trainer could correct people’s form and offer help one to one.

see all reviewsI enjoyed this class. The venue was really clean, and the staff I had spoken to seemed really friendly and not intimidating at all. At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed. Overall, I would go back and be interested in trying out the other classes available :)
