see all reviewsLovely heels class with Mel! It was really challenging but in the best way possible - learnt so much in the short span of the class and can’t wait to work on what we learnt! Thanks Mel :) The studio itself is beautiful and so spacious! Highly recommend!

see all reviewsThis class is painful, but for that reason it’s fantastic. Every week I ask myself what I’ve got myself into and every time I rebook! The instructor is knowledgable, always changes things up - different body parts focused on, new props, encouragement. It’s never boring. She will make you hold for another 8 seconds while you’re desperate to stop but that’s part of why it’s so impactful. Plus, she fosters a community of support and trust in the Pilates room. A fun, painful, worth it class.

see all reviewsAmazing energy & supportive vibes from everyone. The class was so fun, there were people there who’d been doing heels for over a year so not sure it was really a beginners class, and it was 99% floor work and my knees are covered in bruises but overall loved it!

see all reviewsThe classroom culture in this class was really incredible. It was a mix of kids and adults. Many of the people (in fact; maybe all) were regulars but they were still so friendly and welcoming. Everyone was smiling and happy the whole time. With that being said, it was a WORKOUT. It was very high energy. I would recommend eating a meal before and definitely not planning any activity afterwards because the class runs long (I mean I thought it might not ever end) If you want to be a part of a super neat community i would recommend it. Unfortunately for me and my lack of rhythm, I live in nyc and cant become a regular.
