    Pilates (Mat)

    Molly is one of my favourite Pilates instructors! Her classes are tough, but she makes it accessible to everyone, and she explains everything in a detailed way, very easy to follow. It’s a hardcore low impact full body workout! I will be missing her while she’ll be away, looking forward to January classes!

    A bit busy. Even on a Friday night! Most of the other people there are gym bros so it’s not the most comfortable vibe coming into the weight area as a woman, but no one was outwardly unfriendly. Will try to come back during less popular hours.
